Cancellation Policy - Kumar Resort by Turtle
At Kumar Resort by Turtle, we understand that plans can change. To make the process as smooth as possible, please review our cancellation policy below:
- Individual Bookings:
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date or in the case of a no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
- Group Bookings (5 rooms or more):
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 20 to 29 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 20 days before the check-in date or in the case of a no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Refundable Rates:
- Bookings made under any DISCOUNT or SPECIAL RATES are non-refundable. For these bookings, no refund will be provided in case of a cancellation.
- Peak Season Policy:
- Cancellations for stays during peak seasons (such as December 25th to December 31st, and other holidays or special events) are non-refundable.
- Modifications:
- Date changes or modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
